Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | In-office

From fire alarm systems to kitchen suppression, our work helps keep businesses, people, and assets safe. We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Scheduler to join our Salt Lake City office.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting our field teams and leadership with essential administrative and scheduling functions.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing professional and friendly communication—over the phone, in-person, and by email
     
  • Scheduling jobs for 10+ technicians and managing calendar updates
     
  • Reviewing and approving department work orders and timecards
     
  • Performing accurate data entry across multiple platforms
     
  • Creating and submitting invoices, with Excel-based tracking
     
  • Scanning, filing, and organizing digital and physical documents
     
  • Working collaboratively with multiple managers
     
  • Managing your own workload and staying on task with minimal supervision
$20-$24/hour
