We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Boise office. This is an in-office role (no remote opportunities) and is essential to keeping our Fire Alarm department organized and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent communication and customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with department technicians.
- Perform accurate data entry into company systems, primarily Service Trade.
- Manage scanning, filing, and document organization.
- Support department needs while also working independently.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $18–23 per hour, depending on experience.
