What You’ll Do
As a Fire Suppression Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Installing, inspecting, and maintaining fire suppression systems on heavy equipment
- Inspecting and replacing fire suppression tanks, cartridges, and control unit batteries
- Performing electronic and manual actuator testing to ensure proper system functionality
- Maintaining system logs, following manufacturer guidelines, and ensuring compliance
- Traveling to job sites (some overnight stays required)
