  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to lift and manage inventory as needed. Min 70 pounds.

Knox Box Local Client Relations Specialist

Location: Salt Lake City
Department: Knox Sales
Reports To: Knox Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to support and grow our Knox product line. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about safety and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    Work with new and existing customers to ensure they are equipped with the appropriate Knox products and services. Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Product Knowledge & Cross-Selling:
    Learn the full range of products and services offered by State Fire. Identify opportunities to refer customers to other sales representatives for additional solutions.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management:
    Maintain an organized inventory of Knox products. Ensure the warehouse space is clean, efficient, and well-stocked.
  • Sales Generation:
    Proactively generate sales through inbound calls, contractor relationships, community events, and networking. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Site Visits:
    Occasionally visit construction sites to assess product needs and provide on-site recommendations. Installation of Knox product or fire extinguishers.
  • Administrative Duties:
    Create accurate quotes, job orders, and invoices. Submit all paperwork completely and on time. Submittals to fire departments.
  • Communication:
    Maintain regular contact with fire marshals, contractors, business owners, and property managers to support ongoing projects and build long-term relationships.
  • Professionalism & Representation:
    Represent State Fire with consistency, integrity, and professionalism. Always seek opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
