Company Overview:

As our company grows, we’re seeking a skilled and proactive Lead Administrator to play a central role in supporting both administrative and operational needs at our Sparks/Reno branch.

Position Summary:
This is a hybrid administrative and operational role based fully on-site. The Lead Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, coordinating with field technicians, and supporting local managers across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, service-minded, comfortable taking ownership of both office tasks and hands-on support activities, and comfortable working independently.

  

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Support department managers by assisting with project plans, submittals, and final inspection scheduling
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and coworkers, providing information and scheduling assistance
  • Maintain technician schedules and communicate updates across departments
  • Submit and track customer invoices using internal software
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple platforms
  • Assist with local accounting functions, including collections and receivables; coordinate with the corporate AP/AR teams

  

Operational Support Responsibilities:

  • Schedule work for a team of 10+ technicians, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness
  • Coordinate job-related logistics with field personnel and other departments
  • Receive and process incoming deliveries; forklift certification may be required (training provided)
  • Act as a key point of contact for operational needs at the branch level
  • Step in where needed to support branch operations and ensure customer satisfaction
$25 - $27 per hour DOE
