Special Hazards Technician, Dallas, TX

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Must have a NICET Level 2 or equivalent certification (or higher).

· Must have Texas FAL and Texas FEL-A, or ability to obtain within 90 days.

· Experience in Low Voltage and Fire Suppression preferred.

· Ability to read and understand blueprints.

· Ability to take direction and complete necessary documentation for all jobs or company related requirements.

· Ability to work unsupervised.

· Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors and customers.

· Be proficient in hand tools and trade-specific tools and equipment.

· Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch or stoop for prolonged periods.

· Ability to operate a motor vehicle.

· Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding and stairs.

· Ability to move about in areas with limited space and difficult access.

· Ability to safely lift, transport and place objects up to 70 pounds, without assistance.

· Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
