State Fire is currently looking for a full-time Clean Agent/Special Hazards Technician based in Dallas, TX. Experience preferred, but willing to train the ideal candidate.
Your role as a Clean Agent/Special Hazards Technician will include the following responsibilities:
· Maintain daily safety paperwork including but not limited to: Field Level Risk Assessments, pre-operational vehicle inspections, pre-work job site safety inspections.
· Perform maintenance service calls, as needed.
· Respond to and assess emergency service or warranty calls.
· Travel to other states when the workload requires it.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment for all construction and service jobs.
· Support the installation and maintenance for fire alarms and clean agent systems.
· Lead the work of others, including subs, to complete projects and service calls.
· Maintain good relationships with project managers and property managers.
· Liaise with vendors, subs, and main office in scheduling and ordering material and labor to complete projects.
