As a leader in fire protection and life safety services, we’re known for dependable support, expert service, and a commitment to doing things right. As our Gillette branch continues to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, people-first Service Manager to help lead the way.

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, growth-minded Service Manager to lead our Gillette branch. This role is responsible for the performance and coordination of our service teams across multiple fire protection disciplines – extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, and mining vehicle suppression, with a primary focus on mining suppression systems, which represent the core of our business in this location.

You’ll play a key role in both daily operations and long-term growth, ensuring quality service delivery, managing a growing customer base, and working closely with technicians, clients, and company leadership to strengthen our presence in the region.

 What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations across fire protection disciplines.
  • Support and schedule field technicians for service work, inspections, and emergency calls.
  • Estimate and manage service quotes, deficiencies, and ongoing customer projects.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
  • Grow the branch by promoting services and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Drive project success through budgeting, risk management, and hands-on leadership.
  • Foster team growth through training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure field safety and compliance with company policies and standards.
