What You’ll Do:
- Install pre-engineered fire suppression systems in commercial kitchens (CaptivAire, Ansul, Pyro-Chem, etc.)
- Read blueprints and system drawings to plan efficient installations
- Mount nozzles, detectors, piping, conduit, and control components
- Coordinate with general contractors, trades, and kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 17, 17A, and 96, local codes, and manufacturer specs
- Maintain accurate paperwork and clean, organized job sites
