Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in Elko, NV. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Scheduling for 7-10 technicians.
  • Excellent communication with customers regarding scheduling and updates.
  • Enter data into various systems.
  • Scan and file documents.
  • Work with multiple managers and departments.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare, submit, and track customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
