We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Review and approve department work orders.
- Enter data into various systems.
- Scan and file documents.
- Work with multiple managers and departments.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
