Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations of fire alarm systems
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and key decision-makers
   
• Generate leads, prepare accurate quotes, and follow up to close sales
   
• Provide expert guidance on system requirements, regulations, and solutions
   
• Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
   
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
   
• Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
   

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fire protection sales, fire alarm systems, or a related industry
   
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection regulations
   
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
   
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
   
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
   
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel as needed
