Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced fire alarm sales professional to lead our growth in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. If you know how to sell code-compliant life safety solutions, build strong client relationships, and close deals from inspection to installation, this role gives you the autonomy and support to thrive. You’ll manage your own sales cycle, working closely with estimating, design, and operations to deliver high-quality, fully compliant fire alarm solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business for fire alarm inspections, monitoring, retrofits, service contracts, and new installations
     
  • Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact to proposal delivery and project handoff
     
  • Build relationships with property managers, contractors, engineers, and facility decision-makers
     
  • Provide technical guidance to clients explaining panels, devices, code requirements (NFPA 72), and system integration
     
  • Collaborate internally with estimating, design, and field teams to ensure proposals are accurate and jobs launch smoothly
     
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and local code changes to identify new opportunities and stay competitive
