State Fire’s responsibility will be to enhance the value proposition provided to All State’s historical customer base providing experienced staffing and specialized technical resources as needed”.

The acquisition, effective January 1st, 2024, marks a strategic initiative to expand State Fire’s mining industry customer base in the Southeast and Midwest Regions of the United States. The acquisition will add nine states and two offices to State Fire’s service area while bolstering State Fire’s existing customer service presence in three additional states. This expansion strengthens State Fire’s commitment to providing unparalleled fire protection services to customers in twenty-two states across the Western, Intermountain, Midwestern, Southwestern and Southeastern Regions of the United States.
