Competitive Pay
Your compensation at State Fire is based on your previous work experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer paid holidays and paid time off to all our employees.
Medical & 401K Plans
After just 60 days of employment, all full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our health insurance plans, company-paid life insurance, and a 401K retirement plan with company match. State Fire contributes to your medical costs and provides a variety of voluntary benefits, including voluntary life, disability coverage, and hospital confinement insurance.
Training & Education Opportunities
Starting on your first day, you can earn wages while gaining valuable on-the-job experience towards technical certifications. Qualified employees can also apply for company-sponsored license programs to further their professional development.
